Sky Rocket 101 reserves the right to reschedule an event. If minimum enrollment has not been reached, Sky Rocket 101 may cancel a workshop. Participants will be contacted by phone and email. If class is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund.
A request for a refund must be submitted by email 7 working days prior to the first class meeting. Requests will not be processed by phone. If you contact us less than 7 working days prior to the first class meeting no refunds will be issued. A $30 processing charge per class will be deducted. Sky Rocket 101 will process refunds through PayPal and Google. Allow 4-6 weeks to process requests. Email requests to felicia (at) skyrocket101.com and include the words "request for refund" in the subject heading.
Sky Rocket 101 gathers personal information (name, address, email, ect.) about workshop participants through Eventbrite. We use this information to communicate with participants and as a way to better tailor our workshops to the interests of individual participants. Sky Rocket 101 maintains complete privacy. We do not share any participant information with other persons or companies.
SkyRocket 101 assumes no responsibility for any consequences that may arise from a participant's actions, choices or decisions. SkyRocket 101 provides general knowledge about colleges and universities. Participants should always act in accordance with the current procedures and limitations set by the particular institution they have chosen to attend.
